Recent engagements include leading an integration practice serving 25 active clients across ERP, CRM, HRMS, and field-service domains; co-founding and building a SaaS platform through $3.5M in seed funding; and building engineering organizations from scratch at AWS, where I took one team from 3 engineers and zero customers to 36 engineers and 10,000 weekly users in 18 months.
