Structured reflection that separates, never grades.
Most retrospective tools evaluate you, turn everything into a to-do list, or drift into a running log of complaints. Reflection does none of those things.
What it is
Grounded in US Army After-Action Review doctrine, Reflection treats an experience as something to be taken apart rather than judged. The AI asks open questions. You draw the conclusions. Most pieces simply get understood and set down. Where it matters, you derive tenets, goals, and actions in your own words and those carry forward into future sessions.
What Makes It Different
- The tool never evaluates. Ever.
- Actions are the durable object. Sessions are how you arrive at them.
- Useful for deep reflection without any action at all. Sometimes understanding is enough.
Status
Reflection is in active prototype development. Invite-only access coming.
