The Accord is a multi-book fantasy series set in a world where power is not wielded but traded, where every working costs the practitioner a measure of who they are and how long they will live, and where an entire empire was built around a single buried truth. It follows Wynn, a girl born with no power at all, and the friends sorted alongside her, across four years that carry them from a school for the newly tested to the edge of a war their world thought it had ended a hundred years ago.
It begins as a story of discovery, one outsider learning what her world is really made of. It becomes a story about who decides what you are, whether you accept it, and what it costs to refuse. And underneath all of it, something the empire sealed away is beginning to stir.
